We are looking for a motivated and design-oriented Architect (1.5–5 years experience) to join our growing team. The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects from concept to execution, with opportunities to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination

To deliver highest quality design & drawing portfolio in a timely & efficient manner.
· Assist and contribute to architectural projects across all stages—concept design, design development, working drawings, and coordination.
· Prepare and develop architectural drawings, details, and documentation in line with office standards and protocols.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including local development control rules and National Building Code (NBC).
· Follow and implement office systems, drawing standards, and documentation procedures.
· Software & Technical Skills
· AutoCAD – Advanced proficiency (mandatory).
· SketchUp / Rhino – For 3D modeling and Design Exploration.
· Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – For Presentations & Project Documentation.
· MS Office – Presentation, Documentation and Coordination.
· Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit) is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
· 1.5–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
· Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and detailing.
· Exposure to large-scale, meaningful, and diverse projects.
