Role – Sr Automation Testing

Shift Timing s: 2pm -11pm

Job Summary:

n

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive automation lead with 6-12 years of experience in software testing, including leadership in test strategy, automation, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through advanced testing techniques, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibili ties:

n

n
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software sys
n
- tems.Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
n
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.
n
- Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
n
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools,



and methodologies.
n
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applic able.
n

n

Required S kills:

n

n
- 6-16 years of experience in software automation testing, with a strong experience in Rest Assured with Java.
n
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.
n
- Solid knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).
n
- Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,
n
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
n
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
n
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
n

Preferred Qualifi cations:

n

n
- ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
n
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
n
- Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
n
