Role Overview We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Loan Processor based in the India who has hands-on experience working with Australian banks and brokers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our brokers through loan lodgement, settlements, and client onboarding. You’ll liaise directly with banks, BDMs, and clients, while managing critical timelines and setting up meetings to keep the loan process smooth and efficient. Key Responsibilities Process residential and investment loan applications with accuracy and speed Liaise with Australian banks and lenders to follow up on application status and conditions Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and BDMs during the entire loan process Coordinate loan settlements and ensure all pre-settlement conditions are met Onboard new clients and ensure documentation is complete and up to standard Set meetings and manage brokers’ calendars as needed Maintain CRM notes and follow internal workflows to ensure seamless operations Provide general admin support to the broker team as required Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with leads, book appointments, conduct follow-ups,



and ensure the CRM is accurately maintained and kept up to date. Requirements 2+ years of loan processing experience with Australian banks or mortgage brokers Strong understanding of Australian loan products, settlements, and lending procedures Confident in calling banks, BDMs, and clients to follow up or clarify information Excellent spoken and written English communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files with tight deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and aggregator platforms (e.g., Mercury, ApplyOnline, Podium) Strong time management and organisational skills Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team Preferred Qualifications Experience using Australian mortgage CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Salestrekker, etc.) Previous work with an Australian mortgage brokerage or aggregator Understanding of compliance and documentation standards in Australian lending What We Offer Market-competitive salary based on experience Long-term career chance with a growing team Full remote setup Ongoing training and support Performance bonuses for exceptional outcomes
