Role : Apigee Administration Experience : 6 to 10 years Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Bhuvaneswar/HYD Keywords : APIGEE Platform Administration Desired (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** Minimum 5 years of related experience in for API Engineering, Linux, APIGEE Experience with Apigee API gateway Installation, Configuration, and tuning Experience with Ansible, Autosys, Chef, Jenkins, and automation orchestration Competencies Experience with creating scripts and or programs to automate manual tasks Working knowledge on Disaster recovery System Admin skills in Unix and Linux Knowledge of Unix and Linux system internals Good written and verbal skills Ability to multitask and work in a team environment is a must Understanding of networking and TCP/IP Excellent customer service skills to be able to develop mutually beneficial relationships with a diverse set of customers Experience in a 24x7 global environment with knowledge of system high availability (HA) design and industry standard disaster recovery practices Managing DLT related technology such as Hyperledger Besu. Good-to-Have C and UNIX shell programming skills is a plus Experience with Unix, Linux, and AWS Create, Modify, and maintain automation scripts.



SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Minimum of 5 years of related experience in for API Engineering, Linux, APIGEE Installation, Configuration and tuning the Apigee API gateway Managing DLT related technology such as Hyperledger Besu Experience with Unix, Linux, and AWS Create, Modify, and maintain automation scripts Lifecycle management for API Engineering products that the team supports to ensure latest versions and the latest vulnerability patches are implemented in timely manner Plan and implement product upgrades as needed with minimal downtime Work with Customers/end-uses to address manual processes that can be automated Manage the vendor relationships for the products that we utilize Monitor the status of tickets opened with the vendor and handle escalations as required Responsible for Incidents, Problem and Change management for all API engineering products Ensure incidents and problems are closed according to domain standards, and all change management requirements are strictly followed Represent the team at the various change management meetings on a regular basis Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors, and demonstrating solid ethical behavior.
