as per the CBSE curriculum.Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging and student-centric lessons.Develop strong conceptual understanding, numerical problem-solving and analytical skills among students.Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers and other teaching-learning resources.Conduct Physics practicals and laboratory sessions in accordance with safety guidelines.Prepare students effectively for

CBSE Board Examinations

and internal assessments.Conduct regular tests, assessments and remedial classes to monitor and improve student performance.Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and doubt-clearing sessions.Use innovative teaching methodologies, smart classroom tools, simulations and digital resources to enhance learning.Maintain accurate records of student attendance,



academic performance and assessments.Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate academic progress to parents when required.Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events and academic activities.Encourage students to participate in science exhibitions, Olympiads, projects and other co-curricular activities.Collaborate with the academic team in curriculum planning and implementation.Maintain a positive, disciplined and inclusive classroom environment.Candidate ProfileM.Sc. / Postgraduate Degree in Physics
