experienceKey ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.Analyze financial and controlling processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Support new SAP implementations as well as existing support projects.Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.Conduct and support testing, including UAT and other functional testing activities.Develop and maintain functional specifications, test cases, system documentation,
and process documentation.Provide training and guidance to business users and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions.Required Skills8–12 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.Strong expertise in
SAP S/4HANA is mandatory .Deep understanding of
SAP FI and CO
modules.Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling business processes.Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and customization.Experience with implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.Experience with UAT, functional testing, and defect resolution.Strong experience in creating functional specifications, test cases, and system documentation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
