suitable for both western and fusion styles.Sampling & ProductionTranslate design concepts into samples with the in-house team.Ensure fittings, pattern corrections, and fabric usage align with quality and cost.Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.Trend & Market ResearchStay updated with global and Indian trends in western & fusion fashion.Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation.Brand AestheticsMaintain Fashion Dwar’s identity:

Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw (must have strong command).Fabric Knowledge:

Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, Blends & their drapes.Design Expertise:

Western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, fusion wear.Strong visualization, sketching & digital illustration skills.Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.Ability to work under deadlines with creativity and precision.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.2–5 years of qualified experience in women’s western or fusion fashion.Portfolio of previous work (required).
