The role will work closely with business, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases, timely CCR closure, and smooth delivery in a regulated, enterprise setting.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate business workflows, integrations, and signoffs prior to production deploymentManage and track internal CCRs / tickets, ensuring prioritization and closureCoordinate with cross-functional teams for CCR follow-ups and dependency managementSupport project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting,
and risk escalationLead UAT and pre-production testing activities and ensure release readinessMaintain documentation for test results, CCR status, and release approvalsRequired Skills & Experience12–18 years of experience in release, or delivery roles, application testing, and UATStrong experience in CCR / ticket management and cross-team coordinationProven project management exposureExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional AdvantageExperience or domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, trading, or brokerageKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools and technologiesExposure to release management and DevOps practices
