Role Overview:Responsible for managing Trade-in operations across assigned stores, driving volumes and ensuring smooth execution of the complete trade-in process .
Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage the Trade-in team and ensure daily productivity.* Drive store-wise and monthly trade-in targets and improve conversion.* Ensure accurate device screening, QC, grading and pricing.* Coordinate with Store Managers and sales teams to maximize trade-in opportunities.* Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and performance.* Track daily MIS, volumes, productivity and target achievement.* Resolve operational issues and ensure timely closure of escalations.* Ensure proper device tagging, documentation, inventory handover and reconciliation.* Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and minimize errors/discrepancies.
Experience : 2–5 years in Trade-in, Retail Operations, Consumer Electronics or similar field.Skills : Team Handling, Target Management, Device Knowledge, QC, MIS & Excel, Store Operations and Communication.
