credit and capital-allocation decisions• Strengthening financial controls and reporting systems• Providing actionable financial insights directly to the founderWho We're Looking For• CA / senior finance professional preferred• 12–20+ years of relevant finance experience• Previous experience as CFO / Finance Head / Financial Controller preferred• Strong exposure to E-commerce, D2C, Retail or Consumer Products• Strong understanding of marketplace economics, inventory and working capital• Ability to convert financial data into explicit business decisionsImportant:This is astrategic finance role and not a bookkeeping/accounting position .
