We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our growing and agile team at Conor.In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business while ensuring our customers receive excellent service. You will be involved in managing customer enquiries, processing and coordinating orders, handling Shopify-related tasks, and working closely with the team to keep our online operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day e-commerce and operational activitiesManage and process orders through ShopifyRespond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer supportCoordinate order processing, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery-related tasksAssist with Shopify product, order, customer, and store managementHandle customer issues, returns, exchanges, and order-related queriesSupport general e-commerce and administrative tasksCommunicate effectively with customers, suppliers,



shipping partners, and team membersIdentify operational issues and help find practical solutionsHelp ensure a smooth and positive customer experienceIdeal Candidate: Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, is requiredGood understanding of Shopify order management and day-to-day store operationsPrevious experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or online retailStrong communication and customer service skillsWell-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyGood problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailComfortable working with online tools, systems, and e-commerce softwareAble to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasksPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
