Location- NoidaEXP- 4-8 yrsSKILL- Kofax/ Tungsten AutomationResponsibility· System Administration: Install, configure, and manage Kofax/Topcall Communication Server (KCS) environments, including line servers, message broadcasting systems, and message routing queues.· Integration & Development: Integrate fax, SMS, email, and voice communications with enterprise platforms like SAP, Microsoft Exchange, or CRM systems using TC/LINK modules.· Automation Workflows: Design document-intensive workflows that securely and automatically capture, process, and distribute high-volume faxes and digital documents.· Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot transmission errors, protocol issues (e.g., FoIP, T.30/T.38), and client application errors. Monitor server performance and handle system backups· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Brilliant written and oral communication skills.· Ability to work in a dynamic environment.· Great time and stress management skills.· Ability to work in a team with outstanding organizational skills.
