The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting , with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and convert conversations into sales meetings.Key Responsibilities -Make an average of 100 outbound calls per day .Connect with and qualify potential B2B clients.Handle objections and deliver an effective sales pitch.Generate 2–3 qualified appointments per day .Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.Requirements -2+ years of B2B cold calling experience .Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting .Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.Robust objection-handling and follow-up skills.Experience with CRM and sales tools.Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
