This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, researching markets, and supporting outbound growth initiatives.What You’ll Be Doing Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Source healthcare and professional candidates using Linked In, job boards, and online databases Build and maintain candidate pipelines across healthcare and professional services Conduct initial screening calls and candidate outreach Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and ATS updatesSales & Business Development Support Research healthcare organizations, clinics, and decision-makers across Canada and theU. S.



Build targeted lead lists using Linked In and online research Support outbound campaigns and follow-up initiatives Assist with market mapping and competitive researchCRM & Operations Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and internal systems Track outreach activity, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics Support reporting and recruitment coordinationtasksWhat We’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales support Robust Linked In sourcing and internet researchskills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Highly organized with strong attention todetail Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Salesforce preferred)Niceto Have Recruitment agency or staffing experience Exposure to healthcare recruitment Experience supporting North Americanclients Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, Linked In Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or ATS platformsCompensation & Incentives Base Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 INR/month (based on experience)Additional incentivestied to: Meetings booked Recruitmentactivity Placements supported Overall performanceWhy Join Medi Flex TalentSolutions Work directly with a Canada/U.
