HIRING: Fractional CFO / Part-Time CFO – E-commerce & D2CCompany: VM Ventures | ARTISTQUELocation: Delhi NCR | Hybrid / Part-TimeEngagement: Consulting / Monthly RetainerWe are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO / Part-Time CFO to work closely with the founder and provide strategic financial direction to our growing multi-channel e-commerce business.Key Responsibilities- Management MIS & financial performance review- Cash-flow forecasting and working-capital planning- Channel-wise profitability analysis – Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce- SKU/category-level contribution margin analysis- Inventory and purchasing economics- Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis- Cost optimization and identification of financial leakages- Debt,
credit and capital-allocation decisions- Strengthening financial controls and reporting systems- Providing actionable financial insights directly to the founderWho We're Looking For- CA / senior finance professional preferred- 12–20+ years of relevant finance experience- Previous experience as CFO / Finance Head / Financial Controller preferred- Strong exposure to E-commerce, D2C, Retail or Consumer Products- Strong understanding of marketplace economics, inventory and working capital- Ability to convert financial data into clear business decisionsImportant: This is a strategic finance role and not a bookkeeping/accounting position. Our internal accounts team will manage day-to-day accounting and compliance.Engagement Structure- Part-time / Fractional CFO engagement on a monthly retainer- 1–2 structured calls per week with the founder/team- Detailed monthly financial & MIS review- Periodic strategic discussions for significant financial/business decisions- Additional consultation for critical financial matters, as mutually agreedProfessionals currently working independently as Fractional CFOs / Virtual CFOs are encouraged to connect.Interested candidates can DM with their profile, relevant e-commerce/D2C experience, current consulting engagements and expected monthly retainer.
