- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, data validation, reporting validation, or business technology testing.
- Moderate SQL skills, with the ability to write queries, compare results, identify discrepancies, and validate expected outcomes.
- Experience with Python and PySpark to create automated tests, validate data transformations, and support repeatable QA processes.
- Experience executing manual test cases, documenting evidence, and supporting structured testing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and transparent written communication.
- Ability to work methodically through testing assignments in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, EasyMorph, SharePoint, SFTP processes, API integrations, Monday.Com, Microsoft Teams, and Excel-based test tracking.
- Experience testing ETL workflows, dashboards, reports, data movement processes, automation workflows, or business process solutions.
- Experience creating reusable validation scripts, automated testing routines, or repeatable data quality checks.
