Zivaya Wellness operates multiple outlets in Indore, Ujjain, and Jaipur, and is expanding its presence with current locations.Role Description The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa outlet in Ahmedabad in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes supervising staff, managing therapist schedules, monitoring service quality, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for guests. The Outlet Manager will handle customer inquiries and feedback, coordinate bookings, and oversee front desk activities to maintain smooth service flow. The role also involves monitoring inventory and supplies, implementing promotional activities, tracking sales and revenue targets,



and ensuring adherence to company standards and hygiene protocols. The Outlet Manager will collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals and continuously improve the outlet's performance and guest experience.QualificationsExperience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail outlet management, with the ability to oversee daily operations and staff.Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, relaxing guest experience.Team leadership capabilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.Basic knowledge of sales, local marketing, and revenue tracking to support outlet growth and promotional activities.Organizational and time-management skills to handle bookings, inventory, reporting, and operational coordination.Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and empathetic approach.Comfort with basic computer systems or POS software for managing reservations, billing, and record-keeping.Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is an advantage; a diploma or degree in hospitality or management is preferred.
