Position: Business Counselor

Location: Gurgaon 9A, Haryana

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school’s curriculum, academic programs, facilities, and extracurricular activities.
- Understand the requirements and expectations of parents and provide appropriate guidance throughout the admission process.
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
- Conduct campus visits and effectively present the school’s academic philosophy, facilities, programs, and overall value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents and students.
- Follow up regularly with prospective families and support the admission conversion process.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structure, documentation requirements, and important timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications,



and admissions through the school’s CRM/database.
- Coordinate with academic, administration, accounts, and other departments to ensure a smooth and professional admission experience.
- Address parents’ queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet assigned admission, counselling, and enquiry-conversion targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, orientations, school events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Collect and communicate parent feedback to the management for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information and follow all school policies and procedures.
- Represent the school professionally and contribute to building robust parent relationships and enhancing the institution’s reputation.
