Lorven Technologies is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Robust knowledge of US staffing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with job portals and ATS
