Practice: Telecom / Network Services – AI Ops, Observability & Automation

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Gurgaon / Hybrid - with travel as needed.

Designs and implements AI-driven operations capabilities — observability, event correlation, alarm/ITSM integration and automated remediation — across telecom RAN and Core domains, advancing the network toward autonomous, closed-loop operations using the latest AIOps and agentic tooling.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Design end-to-end AIOps architecture spanning data ingestion, correlation, ML-based anomaly detection and automated remediation for telecom networks.

n

• Define observability strategy across logs, metrics, traces and events for RAN, Core and transport, bringing in the latest AIOps, GenAI and agentic tooling.

n

• Build and configure correlation engines, ML models and automation workflows for fault detection, RCA and predictive maintenance.

n

• Design closed-loop, self-healing remediation workflows that move operations toward autonomous network maturity (TM Forum AN levels), reducing manual intervention.

n

• Design and implement alarm/event management — collection, deduplication, enrichment, correlation and suppression across multi-vendor networks.

n

• Own end-to-end ITSM integration: incident, problem and change workflows between AIOps/correlation platforms and ServiceNow/Remedy/BMC suites.

n

• Build automated ticket creation, enrichment and intelligent assignment/routing from alarm events into ITSM tools, with CMDB linkage.

n





• Integrate AIOps platforms with telco EMS/NMS, OSS/inventory and ITSM systems via REST/API and streaming interfaces.

n

• Support production environments — tuning correlation rules, ML retraining, and continuous RCA accuracy improvement with NOC/L1-L3 teams.

n

• Define and report AIOps KPIs (MTTD, MTTR, noise reduction, automation coverage) and contribute to presales/PoC delivery for AIOps opportunities.
