The firm advises companies across their lifecycle — from incorporation and ongoing compliance to mergers, restructuring, and liquidation.
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will support the planning and execution of client engagements audit, and advisory services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work.
Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients for data collection and clarifications, reviewing working papers and reports, and assisting in the preparation of documentation for statutory and regulatory compliance. The role involves supervising junior team members, monitoring project timelines, and contributing to process improvements and quality control. The Assistant Manager will also help in drafting client communications, supporting business development activities, and maintaining updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.




Secretarial support on CIRP mandates — compliance with IBBI regulations, coordination with the Insolvency Professional's office
Advisory & Client Management
Liaising with ROC, RD, MCA, and other regulatory authorities
Strong knowledge of taxation (direct and indirect) and international taxation, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and guidelines.
Qualified CS (fresher / up to 1 year) or CS Executive passed with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a CS/CA firm or corporate secretarial department
Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA V3 portal, and standard e-forms
Good drafting skills in English — notices, resolutions, minutes, and correspondence, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Exposure to IBC, FEMA, or NCLT matters is an added advantage (not mandatory — training will be provided)
Exposure to corporate advisory, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
