Position: Client Servicing Executive
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with leads and clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Understand client requirements and communicate them to the internal team
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details with leads
Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into clients
Manage client communication after onboarding and ensure smooth coordination
Track client requirements, feedback, and project updates
Maintain strong and skilled client relationships
Requirements:
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Good understanding of digital marketing services
Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple clients
Prior experience in client servicing in a digital marketing agency is preferred
