The ideal candidate will have:

- An established network of senior decision-makers within banks and financial institutions across the Middle East and Africa

- Previous business development or sales experience within the Middle Eastern and African financial services markets

- A solid understanding of payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and financial market infrastructure

- Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and managing complex sales cycles

- The ability to identify opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the region
