As a Manager IT & Security you will be the operational backbone of Multiplier's IT and security function. Owning the day-to-day execution of our security program, IT operations, and compliance posture across a distributed, remote-first workforce. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

What will I be doing?
- Own Multiplier's IT operations end-to-end: device lifecycle, MDM, identity and access management, onboarding/offboarding automation, and enterprise SaaS tooling for a distributed, remote-first workforce across 150+ countries.
- Build and mature our security program from the ground up: define policies, own our compliance posture across SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001, lead audits, and establish controls that scale with the business without slowing it down.
- Identify and eliminate manual toil in IT operations by building auto
