Description
Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Finance Manager to lead our India-based with Finance team in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing client invoicing, project finance, project controls, Oracle Fusion PPM administration, financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis across multiple global regions.

The successful candidate will drive process standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Project Management, and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and support informed business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader with robust Oracle Fusion expertise, project-based finance experience, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams within engineering, EPC/EPCM, infrastructure, energy, or professional services environments.

Your responsibilities:

1. Client Invoicing & Billing Performance
- Lead and oversee client invoicing across businesses, reimbursable, and other contract types,



including support for new project and location start-ups.
- Drive standardization and automation of invoicing processes to reduce errors, rejections, and turnaround time.
- Maintain and improve billing controls, share best practices across teams, and set and monitor invoicing targets.
- Support payment application monitoring and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Establish clear Divisions of Responsibility (DoR) with regional operations and project teams to ensure accountability and avoid duplication.

KPIs: Monitor and manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and invoice issuance timelines

2. Project Controls & System Management
- Ensure highest level of alignment with Project Management, Project Controls and Systems Management functions.
