Funding & Backing: Y Combinator (S21), General Catalyst, Kunal Shah (Founder, CRED), Cloud Capital
? Why This Opportunity Matters
Recruitment agencies are broken—built on manual spreadsheets, cold spam, and slow turnarounds. Weekday is changing how startups build elite teams.
We have built a proprietary recruitment platform capturing 98% of India’s white-collar workforce with AI-native search and outreach capabilities. We are already profitable, growing rapidly across India and the US, and pairing YC-backed founders directly with top talent.
As a Key Account Manager, you won't be pushing paper or managing bloated recruiter headcount. You will step into the arena as a trusted talent advisor to high-growth startup founders, using AI-driven tools to close mission-critical roles. If you love the high-velocity "hustle" of closing candidates but want contemporary AI tools, direct access to founders,
and uncapped financial upside—this is your platform.
