• Contributes to setting the performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring workload and progress

• Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Qualified Talent Solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments
• Streamlines recruitment processes for mid to senior management and specialist roles, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
