Job Summary
As a Technical Recruiter,
you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions associated with commercial real estate and construction projects. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and project managers to understand manpower requirements, source high-quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring.
This role requires excellent sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of technical hiring within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions within commercial real estate and construction projects.
- Understand manpower planning and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
