Roles & responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse financial data.
- Work closely with project managers to provide
timely transparency around project performance against budget
- Review, verify and process project related
transactions (purchase requisitions, invoices, etc.)
- Determine standard costs and investigate
variances with actual costs.
- Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and
ad-hoc
- Help management make key decisions based on
costs and benefits (e.g. market growth, pricing changes)
- Ensure accurate project forecasts, incorporating
known risks and opportunities
- Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending.
- Conduct audits on financial processes and
transactions.
- Monitor changes in processes or methods to
calculate effects on overall costs.
- Track, evaluate and work to mitigate contract
penalties such as performance guarantees and liquidated damages for delays
- Work to improve project execution continuously processes.

Requirements
Qualifications : CA/CMA
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost analysis
or financial analysis roles.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to
collect, organize, and analyze complex cost data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced
Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in
data analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts
to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking
skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and time management
skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting
processes.
- Familiarity with cost accounting principles and
practices
