Application Administrator – Autodesk Civil 3D

Summary





Application administrators administer Hatch’s standard engineering delivery tools and systems, while playing an significant role in support and implementation. They have the responsibility to ensure applications operate in a manner that supports Hatch projects and corporate systems.

They respond to tickets and serve as a contact/liaison for functional users, Information Managers, and IT technical staff for technical issues. They provide application-level expertise, coordinating with the vendors as required.

They work with the global Technical Implementation Specialists and relevant functional leads to understand the requirements for each tool or system used on a specific project in resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor and proprietary technical issues
- Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications
- Maintain system documentation
