Department Overview
The Design & Tools (D&T;) team is a strategic component of Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO), responsible for providing exceptional Service Design & creative technology solutions to enable and empower MSI Centralized Managed Support Operations to meet and exceed customer's expectations.
Job Description
- Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance.
- User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment,



and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.
- Experience delivering projects for implementing Workspaces and Now Assist
- Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM and Custom Applications.
- Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards and homepages
- Ability to set up data security via control rules, domain separation
- Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.
- Good hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more areas: JavaScript /HTML/ CSS / AJAX / Angular / Bootstrap
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies.
- Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implem
