Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Establish planning and reporting cycles for assigned portfolios including regional consolidation and analysis activities
- Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting activities in partnership with site operations and finance colleagues
- Drive site finance engagement and initiatives (across business and functional groups) designed to improve financial reporting/analysis and operating performance
- Lead FP&A; rigor and simplification initiatives to drive timely, accurate and value-add analytics
- Build cooperative relationships with Site Finance, HQ Finance, GFS and Operating teams
- Support leadership team in preparation of budgets, operating plans, investment strategies, and resource planning
- Support financial reporting on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Maintain large datasets, systems & processes for reporting and analyzing operating results
- Partner with IT to drive system automation and process optimization




- Provide support for key initiatives & business investment activities
- Share best practices and drive One Emerson initiatives when applicable
- Support internal controls rigor, balance sheet reviews and audits

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Finance Professional with 10+ years of work experience in FP&A; Domain
- Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
- Analytical thinking ability and good team player
- Internal & External Stakeholder Management
- Cross functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
