About the job:
The Salesforce DevOps Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust DevOps framework across multiple Salesforce environments. This role ensures smooth, automated, and reliable deployment of both metadata and configuration data for complex Salesforce implementations (including CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and custom modules).




The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, version control, and release governance — with extensive experience using Gearset or similar DevOps automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
DevOps Strategy & Governance
- Define and manage Salesforce DevOps strategy, ensuring scalable and compliant CI/CD processes across multiple sandboxes and production orgs.
- Establish branching, version control, and environment management standards (GitFlow, branching strategy, release naming conventions).
- Collaborate with Architecture and PMO teams to align deployment cadence with release schedules.

CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Build, maintain, and optimise automated CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata and configuration data.
- Implement DevOps workflows using Gearset, Copado, or Flosum, integrated with Git reposit
