Aglo Bond Private Limited is a Kolkata-based B2B wholesale FMCG distribution company backed by the Adhunik Group. Aglo is looking for a polished, articulate, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships with distributors, retail partners, institutional buyers, suppliers, and other business stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients and partners.
Manage client enquiries through telephone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
Ensure that all client communication reflects Aglo’s professional brand voice.
Explain relevant business processes, product ranges, commercial terms, and operating procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Coordinate with sales, branding, accounts, logistics, and operations teams to fulfil client requirements.
Complaint and Issue Resolution
Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically.
Maintain records of complaints, actions taken, and final resolutions.
Present Aglo’s product ranges, brand values,



and partnership opportunities professionally.
Prepare minutes of meetings, client proposals, service reports, and formal correspondence.
Update records relating to enquiries, complaints, onboarding, follow-ups, and resolutions.
Brand Representation
Ensure a consistent and positive client experience across every communication channel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
~2–5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, corporate communications, account management, or a client-facing business development role.
~ Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale distribution, B2B trade, or a related sector will be preferred.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
~ Working fluency in Hindi and/or Bengali.
~ Solid interpersonal, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
~ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
~ Willingness to travel across West Bengal, Jharkhand, and other locations for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.

Previous experience in FMCG distribution, B2B trade, client servicing, distributor management, or key account coordination.
Existing professional network within the retail, trade, or distribution ecosystem of West Bengal and Jharkhand.
Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to understand and address client requirements.
Proactive, dependable, and capable of managing client relationships with minimal supervision.
