Role Overview - CA MANDATORY

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance function for a leading organisation operating in the Logistics, Ports, Maritime & EPC sectors . The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, business performance, treasury, governance, risk management and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, FP&A;, MIS and Audit functions.
n
- Develop and execute the organisation's overall financial strategy .
n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and working-capital optimisation.
n
- Oversee fund raising, debt management, banking relationships and capital structure .
n
- Evaluate CAPEX, infrastructure investments, expansion projects and EPC projects .
n
- Monitor project-wise CAPEX utilisation, cost overruns, cash flows and profitability .
n
- Drive OPEX optimisation, cost controls and operational efficiency .
n
- Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and financial efficiency.
n
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance,



statutory compliance and risk management .
n
- Oversee taxation, GST, audits and regulatory requirements.
n
- Provide strategic financial insights to the MD/CEO and Board .
n
- Partner with business and operations teams on commercial and financial decisions.
n
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators and other key stakeholders .
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance team.

Candidate Profile

n

n
- CA qualification is mandatory.
n
- 18–25 years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior Finance leadership roles.
n
- Candidates from Logistics, Ports, Maritime, Shipping, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction or Terminals preferred.
n
- Robust experience in asset-heavy/project-driven businesses .
n
- Experience in managing large-scale P&L; and financial operations.
n
- Should have worked closely with MD/CEO/Board and handled senior stakeholder relationships.
n
- Strong commercial orientation, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
