Experienced in implementing and supporting OpenText XECM, Content Server, JIVS, and SAP Archiving solutions for managing both structured and unstructured data across enterprise applications.
Skilled in integrating OpenText with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, configuring ArchiveLink, and Content Server, and supporting legacy system (R/3 4.6 C) decommissioning using JIVS.
Experienced in document management, records retention, compliance, data lifecycle management, migrations, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of enterprise content management, archiving strategies, and regulatory requirements.
