OVERVIEW
Join our Data and Analytics organization to help digitally transform the Supply Chain at General Mills. As a Senior Data Analyst on the Supply Chain Data Foundations team, you will shape and advance our Supply Chain data ecosystem, building strong data foundations that enable smarter decisions, accelerate innovation, and create a sustainable competitive advantage. Blending technical expertise, analytical curiosity, and business partnership, you will work closely with Supply Chain leaders, technology peers, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.



You will serve as a technical data subject matter expert — guiding best practices, mentoring analysts, and ensuring our data products are governed, reliable, and impactful.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner with business SMEs, Solution Managers, and technology teams to understand Supply Chain data needs and align Data Foundations with enterprise Data & Analytics strategy
- Translate business questions and requirements into clear technical specifications, delivery plans, and actionable data solutions
- Communicate timelines, priorities, and progress effectively to stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery
- Serve as a lead analyst and mentor, providing technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to analysts across the Supply Chain Data Foundations team
- Act as the Supply Chain data SME, partnering with engineers and architects to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality
