Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with prior experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving sales growth for the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with production, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of sales and marketing experience in a manufacturing company.

• Experience in industrial products, engineering products, machinery, fabrication, chemicals, plastics, packaging, electricals, or related manufacturing sectors preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.

• Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.

• Good presentation and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidate preferred due to the field-sales nature of the role and travel requirements.
