We are actively looking for a Senior Architect experienced in High rise residential projects

Location: Bangalore (Full time)

Education: B.Arch / M.Arch

n

n

Salary: As per industry standards

n

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

n

n
- 8 years of experience in managing high-rise residential projects .
n
- Strong understanding of structural, MEP (plumbing & electrical), and architectural drawings.
n
- Excellent technical, practical, and design accuracy check capabilities.
n
- Solid knowledge of statutory compliance, building bylaws, and NBC guidelines.
n
- Experience in a developer’s office is preferred.
n
- Seamless coordination with external consultants and on-site execution teams.
n
- Ability to consolidate and document architectural requirements and specifications.
n
