Position: Technical Support Engineer – International Non Voice Process Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift Weekly Off: Rotational Weekdays Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers. Eligibility: • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Non Voice Process. • Technical Support experience is mandatory. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance to international customers. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution. • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
