As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals to join our B2B Inside Sales Team. This role offers an exciting chance to work closely with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and business partners while contributing to the expansion of our distribution network and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners through marketing-generated leads and outbound prospecting.
- Understand business requirements and present Dermatouch's product portfolio, commercial offerings, and partnership opportunities.




- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing B2B customers through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Effectively communicate product features, pricing, trade schemes, promotional offers, and business benefits to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status using Zoho CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
- Address customer queries, negotiate commercial discussions, and resolve objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless onboarding, order fulfillment, and an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development, preferably dealing with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, or channel partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and regio
