Early Years Teacher

The Early Years Teacher will create a nurturing, engaging and inquiry-led learning environment that supports the holistic development of pupils aged 3–6 years. The role involves delivering play-based learning aligned with the IB philosophy, fostering curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based and child-centred learning experiences.
Foster children's curiosity,



independence, creativity and critical thinking.
Observe, assess and document student progress to inform learning.
Integrate creative arts, movement, stories and hands-on experiences into learning.
Support a smooth transition from Early Years to Primary Years.
Contribute to the wider school community and engage in ongoing career development.

2 to 3 years of experience teaching Early Years, preferably in an international school.
~ Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Early Child Education (ECE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
