Sukoon Health is looking for a qualified, empathetic, and client-focused Client Service / Contact Centre Executive to join our Bangalore team.
Handle urgent and sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure a seamless, premium client experience across every touchpoint.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada .
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, front office, or client coordination is preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 6-day working schedule.

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
