As an Assistant Manager - Transmission at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Farm Division, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the transmission assembly processes in our tractor manufacturing operations. - Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce scrap rates, enhance defect detection processes, and resolve customer complaints related to transmission assembly through effective root cause analysis and corrective measures.
