General Position Summary:

Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a D365 Customer Insights Consultant. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of solutions using D365 CRM Model Apps (Sales, Customer Insight (Marketing) and Services). This role requires a deep understanding of business D395 Customer Insight, processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and integrate solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.
