The Role




Define the technical vision for AI research at kAIgentic, owning the end-to-end path from hypothesis through prototype to production-ready system. Partner with the CTO and cross-functional leaders to ensure research outcomes meet the rigor and auditability required by high-trust enterprise environments.

- Architect prototype pipelines that automatically evaluate, validate, and benchmark emerging LLM techniques against enterprise reliability criteria
- Influence cross-team standards for ontology design, knowledge extraction, and auditability to ensure consistent semantics across regulated data sources
- Represent kAIgentic in technical dialogues with banking partners and regulators, conveying research findings and compliance implications
