Job Summary

Tata Electronics is seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR digital transformation, SAP SuccessFactors strategy, SAP BTP innovation, system implementation, enhancements and support across a large manufacturing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors programs
n
- Drive HR transformation and governance
n
- Manage AMS partners and system integrators
n
- Lead Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding and Succession solutions
n
- Drive SAP BTP, AI and automation initiatives
n
- Ensure compliance, security and data governance
n

n

Experience

n

10+ Years Overall HR Technology Experience with 8+ Years in SAP SuccessFactors

n

n





Required Qualifications

n

n
- 10+ years overall HR/HCM experience
n
- 8+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience
n
- Experience leading global deployments supporting 25,000+ employees
n
- Robust stakeholder and vendor management experience
n

n

n

SAP Certifications (Mandatory)

n

n
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central
n
- Additional certifications in LMS, PMGM, Recruiting or Compensation preferred
n
- SAP BTP / Integration Suite certification preferred
n

n

n

Industry Experience

n

Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or similar large-scale industries.

n

n

SAP BTP Experience

n

Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Build Apps, Build Process Automation, API Management and AI capabilities.

n

n

Technical Skills

n

SuccessFactors EC, LMS, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession, People Analytics, CPI/Integration Suite, APIs and Reporting.

n

Leadership Competencies

n

Strategic Thinking, HR Transformation, Stakeholder Management, Solution Architecture, Change Management and Team Leadership.
