Job Summary

n

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Junior Architect to join our growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on premium villas, farmhouses, and residential developments from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
n
- Develop GFCs (Good for Construction) drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
n
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
n
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Prepare design details, material specifications, and BOQs as required.
n
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
n
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project objectives.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

n

n
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
n
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and residential design.
n
- Experience in preparing GFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation.
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-based design tools.
n
- Experience in designing or executing residential villas and farmhouses will be an added advantage.
