About the Role

n

K.R. Mangalam University is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and contribute to achieving enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills, with experience in student admissions, educational counseling, or sales.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
n
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions.
n
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing personalized guidance and follow-up.
n
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
n




- Conduct campus tours and assist candidates during admission events, seminars, and counseling sessions.
n
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
n
- Coordinate with academic departments and other stakeholders to facilitate the admission process.
n
- Assist in organizing admission drives, educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities.
n
- Achieve individual and team admission targets as assigned by the management.
n
- Stay updated on university programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admissions, Student Counseling, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, or a similar role.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
n
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
