This role is for the RSO Ops Excellence Service Line that primarily focuses on driving group led Change & Transformation initiatives for either internal to our organisation’s capability and processes contributing to the customer service delivery. With open access to thought leaders and major industry players you’ll get exposure to leading edge technologies, frameworks,
standards, data driven methodical tenets, which will enable you to advance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end accountability for implementation of portfolio of sustainable technology & process changes for respective customer account(s) utilising project, risk, and change management methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, & Prosci
- Tracking of project deliverables, outcomes, and benefit realisation
- Enabling the operation by creating training & process documentation (knowledge, self-learning & classroom) and provision of classroom-based training where relevant
- Producing management level reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- Cross functional collaboration to remove obstacles and drive outcomes
- Identifying root cause(s) of and solutions to blockers to success and implementing remediation activities
